We are run by husband and wife team Francis and Emma Buchanan. Our whole company ethos is based on communication and relationships, as this is what their experience of Estate Agents lacked in the past.
As residents, Francis, Emma and other members of the team can offer viewings outside of the normal 9 till 5 working day. This makes us very popular with the professional sector who struggle to attend viewings within office hours. Viewings and property inspections are carried out by company directors, meaning they have a vested interest in finding you the best quality buyer / tenant.
Francis is a fully qualified ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) member – something which is surprisingly unusual these days. You wouldn’t go to an unqualified doctor so why use an unqualified Estate and Letting Agent?
In 2022 we brought our highly successful selling process from the South East to the North of the country, as we added Hartlepool to the 360 Properties family!
We believe in, and have a track record of success through ensuring high levels of communication and clarity between ourselves, the seller, and prospective buyer. For many years we have achieved record sales profits in record times in the Buckinghamshire area… We are now moving to replicate this success in Hartlepool.
