We’re now looking for a driven and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding team part-time, with flexible hours and uncapped commission potential.

What You'll Be Doing

• ✨ Valuing and Winning Instructions
  Carry out market appraisals and provide expert advice to landlords on rental values and lettability.
• ✨ Negotiating Deals
  Be the bridge between landlord and tenant — securing agreements that work for both sides.
• ✨ Managing Enquiries
  Whether it's calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice guiding clients through the lettings process.
• ✨ Keeping Things Organised
  Stay on top of listings, viewings, applications, and updates — making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• ✨ Marketing Matters
  Create and promote listings that stand out — and help get the right tenants through the door.

What We're Looking For

• ✔️ Excellent Communication Skills – You’re confident, clear, and personable with clients and colleagues.
• ✔️ Strong Organisation – Juggling viewings, paperwork, and calls? You’ve got it covered.
• ✔️ Proactive & Professional – A self-starter who brings energy, initiative, and a solution-first attitude.
• ✔️ Detail-Oriented – Accuracy matters when it comes to contracts, records, and compliance.
• ✔️ Driving Licence & Own Car – This role is mobile, so you’ll need reliable transport.
• ✔️ A Willingness to Learn – We’ll support your growth, including completing your ARLA Level 3 qualification.

• Hours: 25 per week (flexitime available)
• Pay: £21,000–£23,000 OTE
• Additional Pay: Commission-based earnings
• Location: In-person (Aylesbury and surrounding areas)
• Experience: 1 year in Lettings (required)
• Licence/Certification: Full UK Driving Licence & Car (required)
